Monday, August 3, 2009 marked the start of construction efforts
for the rebuilding of the Sigma Beta Fraternity at 26 Madbury Rd in
Durham, NH. Over the course of a year Tom Moulton's Deniro Construction
team gutted the house down to studs and rebuilt the house into the
nicest and most modern fraternity house in New England. The grand
unveiling will be at the 2010 Homecoming weekend, October 9th.
To receive a copy of the financial plan, strategic plan and
the renovation schedule send a request to the alumni board at

Your contribution is necessary and vital to our success. We
have a long
way to go and we want YOU to be a part of this great journey. We
realize that we all are living in unprecedented economic
times and that contributions of any kind are difficult to make. If
Sigma Beta had any impact on your life whatsoever, we want you
to step up to this Call to Arms in any way you can, small or
large. We are fortunate to have more than 800 living Sigma Beta
Alumni.
We need you to contribute in one or more of five
ways:
At Homecoming 2009 the day’s message rings clearly,
“Beta is indeed REBUILDING.” Spread the word. Read about the day in the
November 2009
edition of the E-Shield.
There has been much discussion about what has
happened
in the past, and what will happen in the future at
Sigma Beta
Fraternity.
A detailed document, “A Call To Arms” has gone out, the house renovation has
begun BUT we
need your continued support.
